New Harmony Inn and Conference Center.  We will be staying Sat April 6 & Sun April 7 and checking out on Monday, April 8. Please only reserve the room assigned to you as we have a limited number of rooms and the hotel is booked out.

Post-Reunion Hotel Options

As the eclipse will take place at 2 pm on Mon April 8, some people will opt to stay in Evansville an additional night.

Fairfield Inn Evansville West - this is the best option for those who know they want to spend an additional night in Evansville as it’s the most reasonably priced of the hotels we called. Only book this option if you are certain about your travel plans as these rooms are non-refundable. We were not able to guarantee this rate or reserve a block of rooms, so if you think this is your best option, it makes sense to book soon.

New Harmony Inn and Conference Center.  There are 4 rooms available at New Harmony for Monday night, but you would have to pack up and switch rooms. If you would rather stay in New Harmony, you can mention this when you call to make your reservation.
